The NEMA test section is similar to the Nova 500. The IEC Springback test section has a drive shaft that accepts the mandrels required for the IEC springback test. Both the NEMA and IEC test section is independent of each other.  The operator can run both test at the same time or only one of the test. On completion of the test, the graduated scales determines the amount of springback, hence the softness of the copper wire.
